Email Template
This is where you find/edit your campaign's:
- Invitation to donate email—subject line and body
Tracking
This is where you can:
- Set participant goals
- View how many supporter contacts participants have entered
- Check donation progress for each participant
- Export donation report for all participants
- Edit participant photos
- Send a message to all participants
Reports
This is where you can:
- View all Donations, Pledges, and Rewards
- Export reports of all Donations, Pledges, and Rewards
- View fees, net total, and net percentage
- Add an offline donation
Beneficiary
This is where you can:
- Set up direct deposit by connecting with Stripe
- Provide payable information for check payout
Admin Users
This is where you can:
- View who has admin access to your campaign
- Invite additional admins
- Turn off donation alerts (by clicking the bell icon)
- Remove admins
Challenges
This is where you can:
- Set pledge-for-performance challenges
- View challenges
- Update challenge results
- Set challenges as "complete"
Donor Rewards & Auctions
This is where you can:
- Create and manage donor rewards
- Create and manage auctions
Updates
This is where you can:
- Send updates to all supporter contacts (Use this feature sparingly as most supporters will already be receiving 4 email and/or 2 text messages from the campaign.)
